12.3 Limitations. Certain rights are subject to exceptions. For example, we are unable to erase data that we are legally required to retain under anti-money-laundering regulations, even upon a valid erasure request. In such cases, we will explain the limitation clearly and retain only the minimum data necessary.
13.1 The onic4d platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and over. We do not knowingly collect, process, or store Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21.
13.2 Age verification is a mandatory step in the KYC process. Where onic4d discovers that an Account has been created by or for a person under 21, the Account will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to source, and any data collected will be deleted as promptly as legally permissible.
