Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the onic4d platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create an account and use the onic4d platform. We verify age and identity during the KYC process and reserve the right to close accounts that fail verification.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on onic4d. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses without notice.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. onic4d does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000; minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Standard welcome bonus wagering is 30x the bonus amount within 30 days. Full bonus terms are detailed in Clause 7 below.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to exploit system errors are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and fund confiscation.
These Terms are governed by international gaming regulations applicable to the onic4d operating jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be addressed through our internal complaints process before any external escalation.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and onic4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the onic4d website at onic4d.cam, creating an account, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
2.1 To register and use the onic4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
2.2 Age Restriction. Use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. If onic4d discovers that a minor has registered an Account, the Account will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the deposit source (less any winnings generated, which will be forfeited), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances (including Real Money Balances) being confiscated.
3.1 To access the Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, at minimum: full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, a valid and personal email address, a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a chosen username and password.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, and not misleading. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly should any information change. onic4d accepts no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by the Player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be treated as having been performed by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity.
3.4 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify onic4d support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. onic4d may temporarily suspend the Account while the matter is investigated.
3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts on the onic4d Platform operate exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be rejected or converted at the prevailing market rate at onic4d's discretion, with any exchange costs borne by the Player.
4.1 onic4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawal of funds from any Account is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC, you will be required to submit at a minimum:
4.3 Processing Time. onic4d will review KYC submissions within 24–48 hours of receipt during business hours (WIB). Players will be notified by email or in-app message of the outcome. If additional documentation is required, onic4d will specify what is needed and allow a reasonable time to provide it.
4.4 Consequences of Failed KYC. If a Player fails to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request, or if submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, the Account may be suspended and pending withdrawal requests cancelled. onic4d reserves the right to return deposits to source and close the Account where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.
onic4d accepts deposits via the following channels: direct bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from accounts held in a different name — are not accepted and will be returned. The minimum single deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, which is typically instant for bank transfers during banking hours and for e-wallets at any time.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the onic4d Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification having been completed.
Standard processing times are as follows:
onic4d does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which onic4d accepts no responsibility.
If Bonus Funds are present in your Account at the time of a withdrawal request, the Wagering Requirement applicable to those Bonus Funds must be met before the corresponding portion of your Balance is released for withdrawal. Real Money Balance deposited by the Player (i.e., funds not derived from bonuses) may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC, with the understanding that any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon such withdrawal if wagering requirements are incomplete.
Important: onic4d does not accept withdrawals to payment methods other than those previously used for deposit on the same Account. This policy protects against money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and game rounds on the onic4d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. These rules are displayed within the game interface and/or the relevant sportsbook market. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that specific product.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stakes per bet or game round vary by product and are displayed at the point of wagering. onic4d reserves the right to adjust maximum stakes for specific Players or markets at its discretion without prior notice.
6.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours , or otherwise abandoned, any bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Real Money Balance. Live in-play bets that have already been settled at the time of cancellation will stand.
6.4 System Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or erroneous credits, onic4d reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Account balances. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error are not valid and will be removed from affected Accounts. onic4d will notify affected Players and return original stakes where applicable.
6.5 Togel Draw Results. All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results published on the onic4d Platform are sourced from official draw operators. In the event of a discrepancy between a result displayed on the Platform and the official draw result, the official draw result shall prevail. Any payouts made on the basis of an incorrect result will be reversed and recalculated accordingly.
6.6 Sportsbook: Bandar Bola and Mix Parlay. For bandar bola (online football betting) markets and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, the settlement rules specific to each market type apply. Mix parlay bets containing a voided selection will be recalculated with that selection removed, which may reduce the overall odds. A mix parlay containing fewer than two valid selections after voids will be settled as a single bet at the remaining selection's odds.
6.7 Disputes. Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the event or game round in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. To raise a dispute, contact the onic4d support team via live chat or email with the relevant bet reference number and a clear description of the issue.
7.1 General. onic4d may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and tournament prizes from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
7.2 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Players as specified in each offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing (no active suspension, no pending fraud investigations). Each Player is entitled to claim each bonus once only unless the offer states otherwise.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following standard wagering requirements apply to all credited Bonus Funds:
7.4 Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows: slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 20%; sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%; sportsbook bets at odds below 1.50 contribute 0%; togel markets contribute 50%.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress that have not met the relevant Wagering Requirement by the expiry deadline will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
7.6 Abuse. onic4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and may result in Account closure.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the onic4d Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
8.2 onic4d reserves the right to take any of the following actions in response to a breach of this clause: immediate Account suspension pending investigation; permanent Account closure; confiscation of all Account balances and pending withdrawals; reporting the matter to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
9.1 All content on the onic4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of onic4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.
9.3 The game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft is licensed to onic4d for distribution on the Platform and remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Player use of those games is subject to the studio's end-user terms in addition to these Terms.
10.1 onic4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
10.2 You consent to onic4d processing your personal data for purposes including Account administration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and direct marketing communications (where you have opted in).
10.3 onic4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, game studios, and regulatory bodies strictly as necessary to deliver and secure the Services.
11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While onic4d takes all commercially reasonable steps to maintain service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, onic4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a software error that has been promptly corrected; losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials; losses arising from events beyond onic4d's reasonable control (force majeure events), including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, government actions, or civil unrest.
11.3 onic4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit onic4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting onic4d support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
12.2 Closure by onic4d. onic4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period; regulatory requirement; or the Player entering a self-exclusion period.
12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clause 8 (Prohibited Activities), Clause 11 (Limitation of Liability), Clause 14 (Governing Law), and any other clauses that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply after Account closure.
13.1 onic4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, onic4d will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining balance.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at onic4d.cam/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which onic4d holds its international gaming licence. The Platform is operated under internationally recognised gaming regulations, and all games are independently audited for fairness and compliance.
14.2 Internal Complaints Process. In the event of a dispute, Players are required to first submit a formal complaint to the onic4d support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. onic4d will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (WIB) and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.
14.3 Escalation. If the internal complaint process does not produce a satisfactory resolution within 14 business days, the Player may escalate the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution body designated by onic4d's licensing authority. Details of the relevant dispute resolution body will be provided upon request.
14.4 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
